vocasona helps you shape your CV for every job you apply for. It suggests small, honest edits written the way you actually talk about your work, and never adds facts you didn't give it.

Senior Customer Service Executive · Retail bank, Kuala Lumpur
SpearheadedLed a team of 8 agents handling customer issuesphone, chat and email complaints across three branches.
Suggestion. The job asks for multi-channel support. You told us you handle phone, chat and email, so we used your words. “Led” is the verb you chose over “spearheaded”.

Job hunting asks for a new CV every time. The shortcuts make it worse.
One CV doesn't fit every job
Employers and their applicant tracking systems look for the words in their job post. A general CV gets passed over, even when you have the experience.
AI tools make everyone sound the same
Recruiters now read hundreds of CVs that were clearly written by a chatbot. They stop reading.
“Results-driven professional who spearheaded synergistic initiatives…”
Invented details get found out
Some tools add numbers and skills you never had. That falls apart the moment an interviewer asks you about it.
Four steps, about ten minutes the first time
After that, tailoring for a new job takes a few minutes. vocasona already knows your CV and how you write.
-
1
Your CV
Upload your CV as a PDF or Word file. vocasona sorts it into sections without changing a word, and shows you what it found so you can fix anything it read wrongly.
-
2
Your voice
Three quick questions, all skippable. Rewrite a few stiff lines your way, pick the words you'd use, and tap your best and worst bullet point.
-
3
The job
Paste a link (MyCareersFuture works best) or paste the job description itself. Check the title and company, then start tailoring.
-
4
Tailor & download
Review each suggested edit: accept, tweak or dismiss it. Watch your match score climb, then save a named copy and download it as PDF or Word.
Edits that sound like you said them
vocasona learns how you talk about your work, from your CV and a few short answers. Every suggestion is written with your words, your spelling and your usual sentence length.
-
Your favourite words, usedIf you say “ran” instead of “managed”, that's what you'll see. Words you can't stand are never suggested.
-
The read-aloud checkAfter you accept an edit, we ask: could you say this naturally in an interview? If not, later suggestions get plainer.
-
It keeps learningEvery edit you tweak or dismiss teaches vocasona a little more about how you write.
-

Built to keep your CV true
These rules are part of how vocasona works. Every suggestion is checked against them before you see it.
Never makes things up
Any number or skill must come from your CV or your own answers. If an edit adds something you didn't tell us, it's flagged until you confirm it's true.
Small edits, not rewrites
vocasona changes a few words in the lines you already wrote. You stay in charge of every change.
No chatbot words
A shared blocklist keeps tired AI phrases out of every suggestion, and points them out in your CV.
Your original stays untouched
Each tailored CV is saved as its own copy, named after the job. Your original is never changed.
Readable by hiring systems
Downloads are single-column with standard headings and real bullet points. No tables or images to trip up an applicant tracking system.
Your data, handled with care
We keep the text of your CV, not the uploaded file. Data is stored in Asia-Pacific, and every consent choice you make is recorded.
From a better CV to the right job
Tailoring is where vocasona starts. Here is what we're building next for job seekers.
Jobs that fit you
Matching your experience and strengths to openings worth applying for.
Genuine listings only
Filtering out ghost jobs and suspicious posts, so your time goes to real roles.
Applications that feel personal
A short profile of how you work, used to shape each application to the role and the team.
Close the gap
When a job wants a skill you don't have yet, suggested courses to help you get there.
Good to know
Does vocasona write my CV for me?
No. It works from the CV you already have and suggests small edits to fit each job. You accept, tweak or dismiss every one, and you can add your own lines at any point.
Which job sites can I use?
Paste a link from MyCareersFuture and vocasona reads the post for you. LinkedIn, JobStreet and Indeed don't let other websites read their job posts, so for those just copy and paste the job description.
What does the match score mean?
It shows how many of the job post's important words and skills your CV covers, compared with your original. Tap any missing keyword to see where it could fit and get help writing a strong bullet point from your own experience.
How much will it cost?
vocasona is free while it's in beta. After launch we plan to offer passes that last for the length of your job hunt, plus credit packs, instead of a subscription you have to remember to cancel.
Can vocasona guarantee me an interview?
No tool can. vocasona helps you present your real experience clearly for each job. Please check that everything in your CV is true before you send it.
